New Residents Move Into Pembrokeshire Housing Scheme

A new-build housing development in a Pembrokeshire town has begun welcoming its first residents, marking a key milestone for the scheme. The homes, completed recently, are now occupied as families and individuals move into the properties.

The development forms part of ongoing efforts to expand local housing provision in the area. With construction now sufficiently advanced to allow handovers, attention is expected to turn to completing remaining units and associated infrastructure on site.

Local stakeholders see the occupation of the first homes as an important step in meeting demand for modern, energy-efficient housing in the town. The scheme is also anticipated to support the local economy through construction activity and the arrival of new households.

Further phases of the project are expected to progress as more properties are finished and made ready for occupation. The development adds to a pipeline of residential construction across Pembrokeshire aimed at addressing housing need and supporting community growth.
