Zentia, a market-leading UK manufacturer of high-performance acoustic ceiling and wall solutions, is excited to announce the successful refresh of its ceiling installation at Material Source Studio in Glasgow – enhancing the space’s role as a hub for inspiration, collaboration and design innovation.

Building on the success of Material Source Studio’s original Manchester location, the Glasgow studio continues to provide architects and designers with a dynamic space to explore materials, exchange ideas and attend events. Featuring meeting spaces, a gallery, workshops and a lecture theatre, the design studio showcases innovative products from more than 25 partners.

As part of the refresh, Zentia has updated its ceiling installation to include a Sonify canopy branded in Zentia’s company colours of teal, white and black. The installation successfully demonstrates the versatility, acoustic performance and visual impact of modern ceiling design, offering visitors a tangible example of how ceilings can contribute to both aesthetics and functionality in commercial spaces.

Zentia’s Sonify range of canopies, baffles and wall absorbers offers endless design opportunities by combining shape, colour and configurations as well as excellent sound absorption coefficients of 1.00aw. They are also up to 50% faster to install when used with the Sonify Create grid, and come with a 30-year warranty for lasting performance and peace of mind.

Monica Lakhiani, Director of Marketing and Innovation at Zentia said: “We are proud to continue our partnership with Material Source Studio, a space that champions creativity and collaboration within the design community. Our installation refresh allows us to showcase not only the aesthetic possibilities of ceiling design, but also its critical role in enhancing acoustic comfort and overall user experience.”

The latest update reinforces Zentia’s ongoing commitment to supporting the architecture and design community with innovative, high-performance solutions. By contributing to inspiring environments like Material Source Studio Glasgow, Zentia continues to demonstrate how intelligent ceiling design can elevate modern commercial interiors, combining creativity, performance and long-term value.
