Construction Company Launches New One-Stop-Shop for Projects Up to £1million

Construction Company Launches New One-Stop-Shop for Projects Up to £1million

LDD Construction is launching a new one-stop-shop for projects up to £1million – building on the company’s continued growth.

The new division, LDD 360, looks to deliver fully-integrated construction solutions, simplifying project coordination and streamlining delivery across multiple trades and disciplines.

LDD 360 will cover a range of services – from strip-out works to feature staircases, BWIC, structural steel and firestopping – with all key project elements managed under one experienced team.

It aims to reduce complexity in the process by providing one easy point of contact for a client, creating a more efficient delivery model, reducing costs and project delays.

Danny Huggins, who has been appointed to lead LDD 360, said: “Over the years of growing LDD Construction, one of the biggest frustrations we’ve seen on projects is the number of moving parts involved.

“Different contractors, different trades and multiple teams to manage can often lead to delays, inefficiencies and unnecessary pressure on clients and principal contractors alike.

“LDD 360 was created to provide a more straightforward solution – bringing everything together  under one trusted team with a focus on quality, coordination and accountability.”

The launch reflects LDD Construction’s continued growth strategy and commitment to evolving its service, offering a new service to meet the changing needs of the construction industry.

Daniel McIver, Construction Director at LDD Construction, said Danny was the perfect person to take on the new division.

“Danny brings great experience, energy and a real passion for delivering projects the right way,” he said.

“We’re excited to see where he takes the business and confident that clients will benefit from the expertise and relationships we’ve built over many years through LDD Construction.”
