GRAHAM has been appointed main contractor for Sky’s new Livingston Campus after planning permission was granted for the 21,000 sq m development in West Lothian.
The project will consolidate Sky’s existing Livingston operations into a new workplace designed to accommodate around 3,000 employees. It will replace four existing buildings at the company’s current Kirkton Campus, as well as leased accommodation at the nearby Alba Campus.
The new campus will occupy a 15-acre site and is intended to provide a modern consolidated base for Sky’s workforce in Livingston.
Chris MacLeod, regional director at GRAHAM Building North, said: “Sky’s investment in Livingston is one of the most significant workplace developments Scotland has seen in recent years, and GRAHAM is committed to delivering a campus that reflects that scale and ambition.
“We will be working closely with local suppliers and businesses throughout, ensuring the project generates real and lasting economic benefit for West Lothian and the wider region.”
