Lighthouse Charity Christmas E-cards Return Following Supporter Demand

Lighthouse Charity Christmas E-cards Return Following Supporter Demand
Share on FacebookShare on Twitter

Back by popular demand, the Lighthouse Charity has brought back its Christmas E-cards just in time for the festive season after receiving a steady stream of requests from supporters keen to see them return. The campaign was well received by businesses looking for an effective way to share festive greetings whilst giving something back to the construction community.

For many businesses, sending Christmas cards remains an important way to thank employees, customers and supply chain partners for their support throughout the year. This popular fundraising initiative from the Lighthouse Charity offers businesses a practical, cost-effective and environmentally friendly alternative to traditional cards, all whilst supporting the construction community.

Available in three festive designs,  the E-cards can also be personalised with a company logo, making it easy for organisations to add their own festive touch. Whether sent to a small team of colleagues or hundreds of clients and supply chain contacts, the E-cards make it easy to share festive greetings in just a few clicks. Businesses are invited to make a suggested donation of €1 per recipient, with a minimum donation of €100.

Sarah Bolton, CEO of the Lighthouse Charity, said, “Our Christmas E-card campaign was incredibly popular a few years ago, and we’ve been really pleased by the number of people who asked us to bring the cards back – so we had to say yes!

It’s great to see so many companies looking for simple ways to spread a bit of festive cheer while also giving something back to their industry.

Our E-cards provide a great opportunity for businesses to connect with the people and organisations they work with throughout the year and every card purchased will help us to ensure that our construction families can access the support they need throughout the festive season and beyond.”

Funds raised through the campaign will help the Lighthouse Charity continue delivering 24/7 holistic wellbeing support to the Ireland and UK construction community through its free and confidential helpline, 1:1 online chat service and self-support app.
