Tilbury Douglas names new managing director for fitout arm

Tilbury Douglas has appointed a new managing director to lead its fitout business, strengthening the contractor’s specialist interiors capability.

The move is aimed at sharpening the company’s focus on high‑quality refurbishment and fitout projects across its core markets, and reflects growing demand from public and private sector clients for complex internal upgrades.

The new managing director will be responsible for driving operational performance, overseeing project delivery and developing the fitout division’s pipeline in sectors such as healthcare, education, commercial and public buildings.

Tilbury Douglas said the leadership change is intended to support sustainable growth in its interiors workstream and ensure the fitout business is closely aligned with the wider group’s strategic priorities and governance framework.
