Specialist construction services provider Groundforce has appointed Warren Buckland as Managing Director.

Warren has been serving as Interim Managing Director since early 2025, following five years overseeing several of Groundforce’s specialist businesses, including Groundforce Bridge, Groundforce Ireland, Groundforce Training and Stopper Specialists. Prior to this, he spent three years as Director of Stopper Specialists. He brings more than 30 years’ experience in the construction industry, gained across both manufacturing and specialist supply organisations.

In his role as Managing Director, Warren will lead the strategic direction and operational performance of Groundforce and its subsidiary businesses. His focus is on strengthening performance, ensuring sustainable growth and maintaining a culture aligned to the organisation’s values.

Warren said: “My priority is to ensure Groundforce operates safely and responsibly, consistently meeting the highest standards of governance. Safety sits at the top of our agenda. For our people, our customers and the partners we work alongside.”

“I want Groundforce to be a place where people feel included, supported and motivated. We spend a significant part of our lives at work, and it’s important that the environment is positive, professional and driven by shared values.”

Highlighting the importance of customer relationships, he added:
“Our customers are central to everything we do. We must listen carefully, keep improving, and remain a supplier of choice through product quality, service excellence and meaningful innovation”
