Derbyshire-based housebuilder Casamia Homes has launched a new division in the business building one-of-a-kind dream houses for clients. Casamia Signature Homes is a new design-and-build service from Casamia Homes – created for clients who want a truly bespoke home in a carefully chosen setting.

Casamia Signature is reserved for those seeking to create a truly bespoke £1 million-plus residence of exceptional quality and architectural distinction.

Our discreet, fully curated service guides clients from the identification of rare and carefully selected plots through to inspired architectural design, meticulous construction, and refined turn-key delivery with ongoing aftercare.

Every home is conceived as a statement of intent – shaped entirely around the client’s lifestyle, aesthetic direction and long-term legacy. The result is not simply a house, but a private, enduring residence defined by individuality, craftsmanship and quiet luxury.

George Tyler, Land and Sales Director at Casamia Homes, said: “Casamia’s Signature Homes has been birthed initially from our Gateway House project in Hazelwood, and more recently from being approached by a client wanting us to build a bespoke home and landowners offering us breathtaking plots which don’t suit our typical multiplot offering.”
