Top 10 UK homebuilder, Keepmoat, has announced the appointment of Ciaran Aldridge as the new Regional Managing Director to head up its Yorkshire East region.

Bringing more than 18 years of experience in property, Ciaran will focus on implementing land, construction and leadership strategies across East Yorkshire, to drive growth and deliver high-quality, much needed affordable new homes in the region.

Ciaran, formerly National Property Director at Aldi and Divisional Managing Director at McCarthy Stone, joins the team following the promotion of former Regional Managing Director, Dan Crew, to Divisional Chair. Ciaran will utilise his extensive experience generating growth to lead the region as it targets brownfield land across East Yorkshire.

Commenting on his appointment, Ciaran said: “I’m thrilled to have been appointed by such a prominent, national homebuilder as it continues its exciting growth journey.

“I look forward to using my experience to enhance the fantastic results the region generates and provide the wider community with much-needed housing. Through its strategic partnership model, Keepmoat is committed to delivering high quality, sustainable homes and I’m eager to continue this effort.”

Keepmoat, Yorkshire East has multiple live developments including key sites in Doncaster, Bridlington and Scarborough. Most recently, the team commenced construction at the third phase of its Kingfields Park development in Hull, set to deliver energy efficient 114 new homes and outlined plans to transform Alexandra Dock in Hull to create 120 new homes in Grimsby.

Dan Crew, Divisional Chair at Keepmoat added: “The whole team is proud to welcome Ciaran to the team – his experience and passion for the industry, alongside his drive for growth, will be invaluable as we continue to develop.

“With his leadership, we look forward to building on our strong track record of regenerating brownfield land and creating affordable homes that meet the needs of local communities.”

Keepmoat is a top 10 UK partnership homebuilder with a track-record of delivering quality homes in regions across the UK. To date, Keepmoat has built over 35,000 homes, transforming brownfield sites into thriving new communities.
