NatWest has appointed Ashleigh Dorrington-Harvey as its new Head of Manufacturing and Construction, further strengthening the bank’s commitment to supporting two sectors that play a vital role in driving UK economic growth, productivity and sustainability.
Ashleigh brings 14 years of experience across NatWest Group, having held a range of leadership and client-facing roles spanning Personal and Business Banking, Large Corporates, Commercial Mid-Market and National Sectors. Throughout her career, she has built a strong track record of developing trusted stakeholder relationships and helping shape strategic growth across key industries.
In her new role, Ashleigh will lead NatWest’s Manufacturing and Construction sector team, working closely with clients and industry partners to support businesses as they navigate challenges across evolving markets to achieve their growth ambitions.
Both her industry expertise and leadership have been recognised externally through a number of accolades, including being named Lender of the Year in the 2025 Health Investor Powerlist and a Sunday Times Rising Star. Ashleigh is an ACT and Chartered Banker qualified professional and holds a Master’s degree in Leadership and Management. She also holds a private pilot’s licence, reflecting a strong appreciation for precision, engineering and disciplined decision-making, alongside a natural curiosity for understanding how complex systems work.
