Following the recent acquisition of Whitesales Ltd’s flat roof product range, Keylite Roof Windows (Keylite) has launched a new Flat Roof Solutions brochure showcasing its expanded offering and newly integrated product range.

The brochure provides comprehensive product information, including technical details and specification guidance, helping architects, specifiers, contractors, merchants and housebuilders select the most suitable solution for their projects while ensuring compliance with key building regulations and standards.

The expanded portfolio includes flat glass rooflights, lanterns, dome systems, sun tubes, kerbs and controls, offering solutions for a wide range of residential and commercial applications.

Products within the range now include the em.glaze Resi flat glass, em.glaze Premium flat glass, em.glaze Electric Opening, ray.lux flat glass, em.dome Polycarbonate, em.glaze Lantern, Sun Lite Tube System, Flat Roof Kerbs, controls and accessories.

While the range offers solutions for a wide variety of applications, the em.glaze Resi flat glass, formerly known as the Select Flat Glass Rooflight, has been developed specifically for residential applications, including housebuilding and self-build projects, with a focus on compliance, safety and ease of specification.

Customers can also access Keylite’s new online configurator tool via the brochure. The configurator delivers detailed product information instantly, helping to simplify specification, configuration, pricing and ordering.

The expansion of Keylite’s flat roof portfolio reflects growing demand for compliant flat glass solutions within the residential sector. Engineered to meet modern building requirements, the em.glaze range features a pre-built timber upstand with a 5° pitch and a uPVC kerb designed to comply with Parts L and B of building regulations.

Ross Telford, Head of Marketing at Keylite Roof Windows, said: “Our new Flat Roof Solutions brochure has been designed to give customers a clear and accessible overview of the full range, with detailed technical information, specification guidance and compliance support all in one place.”

Colin Wells, Head of Technical at Keylite Roof Windows, said: “Through the expansion of our flat roof solutions range and the launch of the new brochure, Keylite now offers a comprehensive package for the flat roof market. Whether it’s supporting merchants, housebuilders, architects, installers, self-builders or specifiers, Keylite wants to make it easier to specify compliant solutions from one supplier.”
