TRIO OF MEP MAINTENANCE CONTRACT WINS FOR G&H

TRIO OF MEP MAINTENANCE CONTRACT WINS FOR G&H
Share on FacebookShare on Twitter

Leeds-headquartered mechanical, electrical and public health (MEP) service provider G&H has secured three maintenance contracts across the education and property management sectors.

Following competitive tenders, G&H has been appointed to deliver planned and preventative maintenance for Pudsey Sixth Form College, MCR Property Group, and Evans Property Group.

G&H will deliver a three-year maintenance programme at Pudsey Sixth Form College to ensure the building remains operational, efficient and fully compliant for its further education students. The win follows G&H’s successful delivery of a MEP design and build package in partnership with Caddicks Construction during the building of the college, which was completed ahead of the 2025/26 academic year.

In addition, G&H has also been appointed to provide a three-year MEP maintenance programme for MCR Property Group’s Windsor House, a 117,000 sq ft office building built in 1903. Overlooking Valley Gardens in Harrogate, the building provides 130 office suites and amenities.

Meanwhile, Evans Property Group has selected G&H to deliver ongoing maintenance services at its Leeds headquarters under an annual rolling contract.

A dedicated G&H maintenance team will implement a planned and preventative strategy for each client, carrying out regular inspections and servicing of plants, fire alarms, lighting, power generation, and heating and cooling systems to reduce breakdowns, minimise callouts and ensure full regulatory compliance.

Mark Foxley Asset Manager at MCR Property said “We’re delighted to be partnering with G&H to strengthen compliance, improve resilience, and continue enhancing the day-to-day experience at Windsor House, as MCR progresses further building improvements and enhances the occupier offer.”

Tom Best, Asset Manager at Evans Property Group said: “We’re pleased to have G&H on board supporting property maintenance at our head office. Their responsive, proactive approach is already making a positive difference and we’re looking forward to working with them in 2026.”

David Ridsdale, director at G&H said: “We’re looking forward to working with Pudsey Sixth Form College, MCR Property Group and Evans Property Group. Being appointed by Pudsey Sixth Form College after delivering an extensive MEP package during the construction phase demonstrates the strength of our integrated, end-to-end offering.”

Established in 1998, G&H is a leading MEP provider. Its 200-strong experienced team designs, manages, delivers, and maintains every aspect of MEP schemes across the UK.
