Caddick Civil Engineering is seeking subcontractors and direct hires to support a growing pipeline of projects across the North East.

The contractor will host a Meet the Buyer event in partnership with CHAS to showcase opportunities and connect with regional businesses interested in joining its supply chain.

Taking place on 12 May from 8:00am to 12:00pm at Ramside Hall in Durham, the free event is intended to provide attendees with direct access to key decision-makers within the business.

Participants will have the opportunity to meet Caddick Civil Engineering’s supply chain team face-to-face, gain insight into current and upcoming projects in the North East, and receive guidance on how to secure work with the company.

The firm is particularly keen to engage with specialist groundworks gangs seeking either direct employment or subcontract roles, alongside SMEs and subcontractors operating in areas such as surfacing, drainage, street works and wider civil engineering disciplines.

Paul Ellenor, Managing Director of Caddick Civil Engineering, said: “In response to our continued growth in the North East, we are hosting this Meet the Buyer event in conjunction with CHAS to actively engage with the regional supply chain.

“We want to hear from local businesses, particularly groundwork specialists and SMEs, who are ready to grow with us. This is a real opportunity to get in front of our team, understand what we’re looking for and be part of our future projects in the region.”
