ART Confirms Site Safety Meets DOSH and CIDB Standards

All safety procedures at ART construction sites are being implemented in full compliance with the requirements of Malaysia’s Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) and the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB), according to recent statements reported by DayakDaily.

The assurance comes amid heightened scrutiny of safety practices on major infrastructure projects, with ART’s management stressing that its worksites are operating under the prescribed regulatory framework. Compliance with DOSH and CIDB standards typically covers areas such as worker protection, site access control, equipment handling, and incident reporting.

Project representatives highlighted that safety protocols are being monitored and enforced on an ongoing basis to ensure alignment with statutory guidelines. They also indicated that any issues raised by authorities or stakeholders are being addressed within the established regulatory processes.

The reaffirmation of compliance is intended to reassure the public, workers, and industry partners that ART’s construction activities are being carried out under recognised national safety benchmarks. It also underscores the central role of DOSH and CIDB standards in governing occupational safety and construction quality across Malaysia’s infrastructure sector.
