Derbyshire housebuilder Casamia Homes has announced a highly successful start to sales at its flagship development, The Firs, with half of the exclusive collection of luxury homes already reserved within just four weeks of launch.

Five of the ten individually designed homes have now been secured following overwhelming interest from buyers, reinforcing the demand for premium new homes in one of Derby’s most sought-after residential locations.

Dozens of invited guests attended the exclusive launch event, where prospective purchasers experienced an immersive digital walkthrough of the development, situated off Woodlands Lane and enjoying direct access to the beautiful surroundings of Allestree Park.

Danielle Tyler, Marketing Director at Casamia Homes, said: “Achieving five reservations within the first four weeks is a fantastic milestone and reflects the confidence buyers have in both the quality of our homes and the locations we carefully select.

“The response has exceeded our expectations, with enquiries coming not only from across Derbyshire but from buyers relocating from elsewhere in the UK and overseas. It reinforces our belief that there is strong demand for thoughtfully designed, high-specification homes that offer something genuinely different.”

Positioned between Allestree and Quarndon, The Firs has been carefully designed to complement its mature surroundings while offering a collection of distinctive executive family homes. Every property combines contemporary architecture with high-quality specification, generous living spaces and extensive opportunities for purchasers to personalise their home through a carefully curated range of finishes and upgrades.

George Tyler, Land and Sales Director at Casamia Homes, said: “One of the most rewarding parts of our role is getting to know our purchasers and helping them create a home that reflects their lifestyle and aspirations. Every family has their own vision, and we’re proud to play a part in bringing that to life.

“The response to The Firs has been exceptional from day one and demonstrates that buyers continue to recognise the value of outstanding design, premium specification and truly special locations.

“We’re also pleased to be offering Assisted Move and Part Exchange on selected homes, helping make the moving process as straightforward and stress-free as possible. Anyone considering a move but concerned about selling their existing property should speak to our sales team to explore the options available. We fully expect the remaining plots to generate significant interest over the coming weeks.”

The success of The Firs reflects Casamia Homes’ continued commitment to creating design-led developments that combine exceptional architecture with carefully selected locations across Derbyshire and the East Midlands.

With only five homes now remaining, The Firs is already proving to be one of Derby’s most sought-after new developments, with enquiries continuing to grow as buyers seek to secure one of the final opportunities.

Prospective purchasers are encouraged to arrange a private appointment with the Casamia Homes sales team to explore the remaining homes, discuss available specification choices and experience the interactive presentation before the final plots are reserved.
