Keepmoat strengthens team with trio of appointments

Keepmoat, has appointed three new senior hires in a move to strengthen its Northampton-based South Midlands region. 

Ben Brigg joins the team as Director of Construction, bringing more than 25 years across the housebuilding industry having held a series of senior roles across a variety of construction businesses. He joins Keepmoat with experience from roles with Taylor Wimpey and Tilia Homes.

Overseeing the entire construction process across a series of developments throughout the region, which spans Milton Keynes, Peterborough,and Cambridgeshire, Ben will lead planning, coordination and delivery. 

Sally Clifford, a commercial expert with 20 years of experience across residential housebuilding, has also joined the team from Redrow Homes. Stepping into the role of Commercial Director, Sally will spearhead commercial strategy, financial performance and cost management across the region, overseeing budgets, procurement and contractual process.

Alongside Sally and Ben, Byran O’Mahoney is the most recent appointment for the developer, joining the team as Director of Land & Partnerships. Bryan joins Keepmoat, South Midlands with more than 26 years of experience, previously holding roles at Persimmon Homes and Redrow Homes across land buying, area management and most recently as Land Director, 

Speaking about his new role, Bryan said: “It’s great to join an ambitious regional team and help shape a pipeline of developments that not only supports business growth, but also creates sustainable communities for the future.

“Keepmoat has a strong track record in brownfield regeneration and creating places that deliver lasting social and economic value, which was a huge attraction for me. There is significant opportunity across the South Midlands region and I’m excited to work with local authorities, partners and stakeholders to identify opportunities, accelerate growth and support the delivery of much-needed new homes.”

This news follows the recent announcement that Keepmoat has launched two housing schemes, with plans to deliver 147 new homes in St Neots and a further 122 in Southend-on-Sea.

Regional Managing Director, Victor Idowu at Keepmoat South Midlands, added: “I am delighted to welcome Ben, Sally and Bryan to the team as we continue to strengthen the region. I look forward to working alongside the three of them and drawing on their experience as we look to accelerate the growth and investment across the region.”
